These Terms of Service govern your use of the Be Revolutionary app, operated by Lauren Craft Consulting.
By creating an account or using the Be Revolutionary app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the app.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period except where required by law.
You retain ownership of content you post (such as community posts and messages). By posting, you grant us a license to host and display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or these Terms.
Be Revolutionary provides general wellness and fitness tracking tools and is not medical advice. You assume all risk associated with any physical activity or nutrition changes. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: using it unlawfully, harassing other users, posting harmful or infringing content, attempting to disrupt service, or accessing data you are not authorized to access.
The app, its design, and content we create are owned by Lauren Craft Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws. Workout videos, text, and other materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results from following any program will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lauren Craft Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
