This Privacy Policy describes how Lauren Craft Consulting (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Be Revolutionary app.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, gender, weight, and height. When you use the app, we also store the health and wellness data you log, such as workouts, food and nutrition entries, daily tracking (water, sleep, steps, weight), measurements, goals, journal notes, and community posts or messages you create.
If you connect a wearable device such as an Oura Ring, we retrieve sleep and activity data (including steps) from that service on your behalf to display inside the app.
We use your information to provide and personalize the app: to track your progress, calculate nutrition targets, send reminders and notifications, display your history, and enable community features. We may also use aggregate, de-identified data to improve our services and features.
The app is a general wellness tool and is not a medical device. Health and fitness information in the app — whether entered by you or synced from a wearable — is provided for your personal tracking and motivation only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. Stripe handles your card information securely; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including authentication, hosting, payments (Stripe), and wearable integration (Oura). These providers may process limited data necessary to perform their functions in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. Information you post publicly in the community is visible to other users according to the sharing settings you choose.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which removes your personal data from the app. Some information may be retained in backups for a limited time or where required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@berevolutionary.co.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app or by other means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
